Overview
At Chunko Cycles, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:
Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order enters fulfillment, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at support@chunkocycles.com with your order number and request details. We recommend including “Order Cancellation Request” in the subject line for faster processing.
Shipped Orders
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy once it has been delivered.
Custom & Special-Order Items
Custom builds, special-order products, and items sourced specifically per customer request are non-cancelable and non-refundable once the order has been placed.
Bicycles & Large Items
Orders containing bicycles or oversized products may move into processing quickly (including assembly and packaging). Cancellation requests for these items must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
Refund Processing
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
